Important Details:
- Footwear: No cleats, please. Wear regular workout shoes.
- Hydration: Bring your own water.
- Health: If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home.
Quarterbacks:
- Try to bring a wide receiver and/or offensive lineman to join you.
- Don’t forget to bring a football and water.
